The 6th Annual GFIRST National Conference will be held at the
JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country, San Antonio, Texas.
A block of rooms is being held for Conference attendees at the special “GFIRST Conference” rate. Please call 1-866-882-4420 and ask for the "GFIRST Room Block". To ensure you receive this rate, book your room today – reservations are being accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
All Federal employees must complete and bring a Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax Exemption form to check in.
REMINDER: Please make sure that you have your valid federal, state, or local government-issued photo identification when checking in to guarantee the federal per diem rate of $117(single occupancy). You must specify the GFIRST Conference Room Block when booking your hotel room. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
All reservations must be made by July 29, 2010. Reservation requests received after July 30, 2010 will be accepted on a space and rate availability basis.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will be charged one night’s stay upon confirmation of your hotel reservation.
